My role as the designer is to complement the role of a planner. The design aspect of the event is for clients who understand all the intricacies that goes into events. A bespoke event, an aesthetic exclusively designed thoughtfully for the client, is achieved through the color palette to the texture of paper for your menu.

WEDDING & EVENT PLANNING

As a planner, my role is to manage the logistics of the event. From finding a venue, to creating timelines and negotiating contracts, I will guide clients through the entire planning process to execute a seamless and memorable day.

Venue appointment scheduling and scouting

Hire and manage: caterers, entertainers, transportation, and other vendors involved with the logistical aspect of the event

Manage budgets and assist with contract negotiation

DESTINATION WEDDING & MULTI DAY EVENTS

Destination weddings that include multi-day events is for the couple that has their hearts set on a welcome dinner under the stars of Provence to a wedding by the cliffside in Positano. My specialty is in destination weddings and I work alongside local vendors to create an unforgettable wedding experience that you and your guests will always have stories to reminisce about.

Plan and design wedding weekend events such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell pool party or brunch

Fine tune the couple’s travel arrangements, accommodation, and local activities and excursions for guests

Curate a welcome gift that is local to the destination alongside couple’s favorite food, snack, or item
